Our mission is to connect people with birds, other wildlife and their habitats through education, conservation and recreation.
Simply put, we protect birds and habitats.

Tahoma Bird Alliance, originally founded in 1969 as the Tahoma Audubon Society, is a member-driven and volunteer-supported grassroots organization that is recognized as a conservation leader. Tahoma Bird Alliance remains as an affiliate of the National Audubon Society. Our members, volunteers, and staff partner together to make a positive difference in the lives of people, birds, and wildlife in Pierce County, Washington, while protecting habitats for future generations.
